Hello,
It has been over a month since I ordered sneakers for my son. I've waited a long time due to the current situation. I finally sent a first message to find out the status of my order. Someone replied that they would check with the logistics department, and since then I've heard nothing. It's been a month. I sent 2 other emails and I'm still waiting for a response. I requested a refund, but again, no response. This site is not reliable at all and is bordering on theft. I don’t know how I will be able to recover the €70 charged 2 days after the order. Please, do not order from this site.

COMPLETELY FAKE SITE!

I ordered a pair of shoes that took a month to arrive... They didn't last three weeks! The seams ripped and the logos faded.

Don't buy!

Hello, I bought my shoes on this site around February 20th, with delivery normally expected within 15 days. I hadn't received anything after that period. I then contacted the site via their email address to find out what was going on. They responded very quickly saying they would take care of it.
After 2 months, I requested a refund, and they told me they would do it. Then, 3 weeks later, I received my shoes. After that, there was the lockdown period, which must have contributed to the delay in delivery. The shoes arrived 4 months later.

Huge scam, I ordered in early March, and I've been strung along by email ever since, first about the shipment that was supposedly going out, and now about the refund after I threatened them with legal action. I have no illusions, €70 gone...

Moreover, the site has changed its name, it is no longer called sneaky-z, but now maison sneaky-z.

Hello,

It's not reliable at all. I ordered a pair of Air Forces long before the lockdown, but I still haven't received my order.

The worst part is that I've contacted them more than 10 times for a refund, but to no avail. The guy I was in touch with via email always gives me the same response: "I have forwarded your request to the refund department."

    Oh well, listen to me, since December supposedly because of the coronavirus there’s been a delay, after sending 31 emails they respond saying we have to wait, our logistics are in progress!!!! IN ANY CASE, SINCE THEN THE SIZE HAS CHANGED!!! 100 euros down the drain which we also really need because of Corona!!! Hello,
Beautiful scam as well. Order placed in January. With the COVID situation, delivery was made in April but.....neither the right pair nor the right size.
Since then, I've been in touch with the site, which tells me they will handle the problem, but....nothing.
I send them a reminder email every day, but I don't have much hope.
One gets the impression that it's a French site, but it's actually Chinese like all the others....
Despairing to be cheated like this....
