I want to order from the site OnFancy.fr, but I'm worried it might be a scam, especially regarding quality. Since the payment is secured by PayPal, could someone tell me if the clothes received are of good quality and if they accurately reflect the photos on the site, please?!

read the general sales conditions of the site, especially paragraph 11. Besides the poor French, which is already alarming for a French site, the general conditions of sale specify that God himself can prevent delivery, and further along in the text, the name of the company Yilida is mentioned. The only references to this name point to a Chinese company that manufactures industrial fans.

However, "acte de Dieu" is simply a literal translation of "act of God" in English which means "case of force majeure"… No religious reference or questionable general condition here then…

Hello, I ordered a dress (on a whim, I never do that!) from OnFancy.com. It arrived fine and all, but the dress doesn't match the photo on the site at all.
Do you know how returns work? What about refunds? And what’s the address to send the product back to?

I ordered and didn't receive at all the same as in the photos. I commented on all their photos calling it a scam and reported it, and I put everything in photos. I harassed them via email and in private messages, and they eventually blocked me from the page. They told me they would give me half the price and not return the product; in the end, they refunded me because I caused such a scandal on their page. ;)

Oh yes, because even if it's a scam in terms of quality, I had received emails in very questionable French about the shipment of the package, you still had to understand what was written. So you got scammed from the start. There's not much to do except flood their comment page with very unkind remarks.

Hello, I ordered on April 19th, and as of today I still haven't received anything. They were supposed to refund me within 72 hours and I haven't heard from them since. They’re not responding anymore. It's a big scam.

I ordered a coat just over a month ago. At first, I received good updates, but since November 2nd, the last message says my order has arrived in France and then nothing!!! Hello, I confirm, it's really a scam. I ordered a long orange linen dress and received a very poor quality polyester dress with small stains. Cheap made in China. When I asked for a refund with free return (that's the least), I received replies in English (not very convenient or very customer-friendly, luckily I had a translator). At first, they generously offered me 15%, then in my second email 25% and a return of the dress at my expense!!! Anyway, for now, no news which doesn't surprise me from a site that takes payments but doesn't take responsibility for its mistakes. I call that a scam made in China.

I also ordered several items and I am very disappointed. In the photos, the items have the appearance of linen but they are actually made of polyester. For exchanges and returns, it's in China, so it's quite expensive. AND WHY DOES FANCY VERSE NOT APPEAR ON FACEBOOK ANYMORE ????
Also, they run very small. Very, very disappointed.

Avoid this site. No possibility to return items or get a refund! Received a defective denim jacket with no buttonhole and a missing button. I was told to fix it myself and that returns, exchanges, or refunds are not possible. Go elsewhere, this site is a scam.
