Hello, I really want to order some running shoes from this website: https://www.sportshoes.com but it seems a bit suspicious to me!
Their terms of use are obviously written by a translation software, there's no postal address, etc. etc.
Does anyone know it? Can anyone advise me??

What remains 'strange' are the extravagant discounts.. Odd..
As for SportShoes (ONE 'S'), there is no identification of the site, so it should be avoided.. This site is likely playing on the confusion with the other one (UK).

Why wouldn't we run 4000 kilometers with a pair of sneakers? I was a career soldier, I used to run 10 to 15 kilometers every morning, and at 150 bucks a pair for Nike, Mizuno, or Asics, I’m not changing them every 6 months! Even though Nike isn't my favorite (and especially not those with the nice air bubbles that are easily visible—and easily punctured—on the sides!), I've already done 4000 kilometers with them. Sure, by the end of their life the cushioning wasn’t what it used to be, but still, there's nothing extraordinary about it...

I had to fill out a sworn statement saying that I hadn't received anything. They replied that they could send me a replacement order for the same item and that I would receive it by February 22. Today is the 27th and still nothing received!! I have requested a refund for my invoice and I am waiting to see what happens next. Obviously, I do not recommend this website at all.
I'm a bit confused... are we talking about sportshoes.com or sportsshoes.com here... both sites exist and the site sportsshoes.com doesn't seem to be registered in China, for example...

Slightly long delivery time (sent by airmail), but it arrived at the destination even without mentioning the country. I hadn't realized that the site was in the UK.
So it was quite a good experience for me.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in December 2014, fast delivery, but one pair was the wrong size and damaged. I returned it at my own expense because customer service promised to refund me. After nearly 2 months of fighting and the involvement of PayPal’s dispute service, I was finally refunded for my pair of shoes and the shipping cost.
So I suggest a lot of caution or a lot of patience if there is a problem.

Chinese site. No pun intended, it's Russian roulette. You have a one in two chance of receiving your order, not to mention customs. Then, it's all counterfeit. So you’re buying with full knowledge of the situation. You shouldn't be an idiot for that price. Then they'll tell you that Nike manufactures in Asia, which is true, but with slightly better raw materials and without the issue of whether your order arrives or not. It cost me 300 for this little game; I had ordered 12 pairs just to make a little profit. In the end, nothing. Good luck ;-)

For my personal anecdote, I ordered a pair of five fingers running shoes... Quite a fast delivery... But to my surprise, I ended up with already worn shoes... sole damaged, coming apart anyway I'm absolutely pissed off!!!! for 107 dollars.

I think this site doesn't have all the products in stock. Their large catalog and competitive prices are just there to lure you in.
The only response received a month later from their customer service was: choose another brand, another pair of sneakers? But once the sales were over, it was impossible to find my size (standard) available. Obviously. So thank you but please refund me.

It may be a lottery, but as far as I'm concerned, I ordered trail shoes + cap socks on Saturday, April 23 via Amazon. The package arrived on Thursday, April 28 or Friday, April 29 after being shipped on Monday, April 25, despite the delivery being announced between May 2 and May 15 (standard shipping, no shipping costs, those are the maximum delays).
I know trail gear well, and I can tell you that the socks and shoes are not counterfeits... Besides, I don't see what's surprising about finding end-of-line models at 50% off. It even happens at the Intersport near my house, it's just that it's extremely rare to find your size at -50%!

I ordered a pair of NB1080 V6 (€77.34 instead of €160) and an adidas pair of leggings for free shipping on 12/24/16. Everything was in my mailbox on 1/2/17 and was in accordance with the order.
Given the price, it's obvious that it's counterfeit like on all the sites selling Speedcross for less than 80€. I bought some for 73€ and I understood when I received them, they were absolute rubbish. By the way, I advise you to send a little email to Salomon.com to warn them. Hello, despite the negative reviews I've seen here and there, the site shoessport (with 2 s) seems reliable. I ordered a pair of trail shoes 50 euros cheaper than on other sites, and they arrived within 5 working days as promised.
During my wait, I contacted customer service, and they replied without any issues. Those who are hesitant to order can go for it, I think.

On 04/08/2020, I ordered 3 items on the site for a total value of about €130.
Initially, I received an email from a so-called security service with which I had to exchange several times because I wanted to have the package delivered to an address different from my home (which totally surprised me, as it is not uncommon to want to have a package delivered to one's workplace or to a relative's address).
A week later, after several email exchanges, my order was finally validated and then shipped. Phew!
But no, four weeks later (exactly 20 business days), I still had not received my order and had no news from customer service.
I therefore took the liberty of following up with them. To my surprise, I was told that the package was likely lost, and they offered to send me a new package.
Without any proof that the initial package had been shipped, I accepted a second delivery.
Three days later, I was now informed that only 1 item was available out of the 3 originally ordered. Despite my disappointment regarding the unavailability of the products (which is indeed due to the delay caused by the mishandling of my order), I accepted and specified that I still wanted to be delivered for the available item and receive a refund for the remaining items.
Five days later, I was informed that I had been refunded for the entire order and that if I wanted to be shipped the item, I would have to place a new order.
The service was not at all attentive and rushed their work. I was always courteous and patient in my emails, but there clearly was a lack of respect.
The final insult came when I asked for a commercial gesture for all these inconveniences and the long delay in delivery (over 1 and a half months in total), and I was told that I had been refunded and that I should consider this as a commercial gesture.
I am outraged by this response and by this lack of seriousness.
Even though I can accept a delay in delivery, the situation related to Covid-19 has nothing to do with this total lack of professionalism.
In the end, you will understand that I cannot recommend this site to you.
