Hello,
I recently changed my screen resolution and then set it back to my native resolution. Since that action, all my text and even my screen are pixelated. It isn't the screen's fault because it shows even on screen sharing. I have already tried updating my drivers but nothing works. It doesn't seem to affect Windows texts.

This is a resolution/definition problem...
Either your image is too large for a screen that can't handle it... or it's too small and your card is displaying it full screen and it's just pixels...
In any case, your image is not pixelated at all on my end... even when zoomed in.
So you need to look into your settings to ensure everything is in harmony with the same rules... a bit everywhere in your config... Because when it comes to settings, you've mainly "misconfigured" it.
Your screen may be cathode for this... You need to use display formats that correspond to what your screen can handle (see the manual).
