Freeze GTA Online

Hello, I've been playing GTA Online for quite some time (1 year) and I've never had a problem like this:

When I just turn on my PC and launch GTA, there are no problems but after a while the game freezes for no reason and I have to open Task Manager to close the game. When I relaunch the game a little later, two things can happen:

1- I launch GTA and about 20 seconds after I spawn into the map the game freezes

2- I launch GTA (I'm still in the loading phase online) then the loading background (the wallpaper, if I can put it that way) no longer appears and there is simply a text box in the middle of the screen with the loading logo at the bottom left and a black loading screen.

However when I play in solo (story mode) there is no problem I can play for several minutes without any freeze.
Even on other games I have no problem. I would please like to get a response because this is starting to scare me a bit after all. Especially since I looked up the problem on the internet and on a forum someone said the problem came from the hard drive because the game sends a lot of data (and that the hard drive usage was at 100%) even though my hard drive isn't being used that much.

Waiting for a solution.

    Hello.

See the event viewer ("Windows logs", index "Applications" and "System"). Record the "Critical" or Error events at the exact hour/minute of the incident.

Please could you detail the path to access it for me?
