Hello, I just received an eko crystal NFC smartwatch purchased on Showroomprive. The NFC chip originally allows contactless payments, but I just realized that it only accepts Chinese banks. It is not possible to add a wallet. Showroomprive's return policy does not allow returning an opened item. The watch is therefore limited to messaging and calling use, and the description is somewhat misleading. What are the remedies to obtain a refund based on your experiences with this site?
