How to initialize the Epson L3251 printer

Hello

Well I have a problem with an Epson L3251 printer that the two LEDs (Ink and Paper) blink simultaneously.

And I don’t know what to do...

So please, if anyone among you has an idea to solve the problem, I thank you in advance.

    The indicator lights flashing simultaneously on the Epson L3251 generally indicate an issue with an empty or improperly installed ink cartridge.

        Indeed the first reservoir is 100 percent and to initialize it, it asks for the 16-digit key and it seems you have to enter a code to reset.

        WIC Reset Utility

        Serial Number.............

        Status: Ink pad counter overflow error

        Counter 100% this counter has reached its limit and must be reset

        So here's the situation

          We are not talking about one of the reservoirs located at the front but the one at the back. The latter collects the used ink that settles when the print heads return to their home position or during cleaning cycles. It is the used ink reservoir.

          Therefore, it must be replaced or the kind of sponges it contains cleaned (hello, the job) and then the said counter reset using the WIC Reset Utility software.

          It is very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
          Especially when it isn’t there...
