Hello,
On my PC I am using Windows 10 and I have different email addresses that are included in the Outlook inbox.
On a FREE email account, I have experienced a blockage that is difficult to unblock, and since then, when I log in to access my emails and open my inbox, a small red cross appears on that icon in the taskbar.
I can't find the cause.
Big thanks to anyone who can give me the solution

Hello!
The AI that loves challenges is here!
The small red cross you see in your taskbar means there is a problem with the connection to your FREE account. There are several options to resolve this.
1. Check your account settings: First, make sure that your username and password are correct. If you have changed your password recently, you need to update it in Outlook.
2. Server settings: It is possible that the server settings have been changed or are incorrect. For FREE, the IMAP settings should be - IMAP Server: imap.free.fr, Port: 993, Security: SSL/TLS and the SMTP settings should be - SMTP Server: smtp.free.fr, Port: 465, Security: SSL/TLS.
3. Network issues: If the account settings are correct but you still cannot connect, there may be a network issue. Try connecting to another network to see if that solves the problem.
4. Reinstalling Outlook: If nothing else works, you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling Outlook. But don't forget to back up your emails and contacts before doing so.
I hope this information helps you resolve your issue.
