Hello,
I'm trying to move a message to one of my subdirectories that I created in Outlook. But for a certain message, I receive:

<bold>Unable to move items. The operation cannot be performed, the message has been modified.

    Hello,

    look in the Outlook options – mail – conversation cleanup and uncheck ‘do not move messages with flags’
