Good evening,

I suggest you visit this page on pcastuces.com Change the MAC address of a network adapter - Windows 10 which easily explains the steps to follow to modify the MAC address of your network card. It is a tutorial for Windows 10, but whether it's 10 or 11, it should be the same, as they are very similar OS.

Apparently, I won't be able to send the link. Damn. Therefore, I will have to write the steps to you:

1) Right-click on the Windows button and click on Device Manager;

2) Double-click on Network adapters;

3) Double-click on the network card whose MAC you want to modify;

4) Go to the Advanced tab;

5) Click on the property Locally Administrated Address;

6) Enable the Value option and enter the MAC address you want to set;

7) Click on OK and restart your computer;

8) Check if your MAC address has been taken into account by typing ipconfig /all in CMD (as an administrator).

Thank you very much.

Hello ImpactRusher,

"Apparently, I won't be able to send the link": that's because you're new, in a little while you'll be able to insert clickable links....

Best regards!

I believe one must know how to use the site’s editing tools. In this case, it’s link (the 6th icon from the left). You click on it. The first time, you should configure it by selecting "Centered" and "Zoom". Then, you insert your link in URL and the text that refers to the link in "Display text"

As txiki mentioned to me, I don't yet have the ability to send links because I am still a new member. Also, I don't see "Center" or "Zoom". By clicking on the 6th icon, I only see "Show text," "Protocol," and "URL".

Thank you very much.

It's surprising. Usually, when we signed up, we had access to all editing features.

You can paste URL links, but they won't be clickable until your first 30 days, I believe.

On the other hand, regular members only have the first formatting icons up to code only, which is silly because they should also be able to make quotes; tables are more rare.

For quotes, you need to go through a code area to make it clearer.

Hello everyone,

epango: "you need to configure by choosing "Centered" and "Zoom": Aren't you confusing it with the image's position in the reply?

CCM formatting buttons

ImpactRusher:
You select a word in your reply then you click the Link button (5).

on the left are the formatting buttons. In the window that opens, simply paste in the URL line of your web page).

Hi txiki

The banner you're showing there is not accessible to members (from "7"), it's for contributors.

Member news is limited for a few days, it seems to me, as you pointed out.

I wanted to log out to see what a non-member sees, but when I clicked, I was taken back to a page with my username.

Yes, you need to clear the browser cache and cookies.

No, the Zoom function is useful. It allows those viewing the image to enlarge it for a better look. Finally, I didn't know that one now has to wait for 30 interventions to benefit from all the features.

Hello,

on Windows 11, you don't need to change your Wi-Fi card's MAC address, it

changes by itself if you want, just enable random MAC addresses:

And there you go, there you have it ....

But misery, how annoying those line spacings are!!
