Hello dear all,

The company's local network access strategy requires the use of the MAC address for a phone to be recognized on the local network. However, for some time now, I have noticed that several Android phones have unavailable MAC addresses. This prevents us from connecting these phones to our local network, and consequently to the internet.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    Hello,
    what I mean by MAC address not available is that the MAC address does not display

      Ok, I see, I have that too when my wifi is disabled,
      Try installing network analyser, you should see it in there, even if the wifi is inactive.
