Unable to connect to PSN

Hello,

I was gifted a White PS4 Slim for Christmas, but the problem is that when I try to connect to the Playstation Network, the following message appears:

“An error has occurred.”

I can't even log into the PSN.

I don’t even have time to type my email before this message appears when I try to log in.

I can't access the PS Store since I need to log in.

I have updated the console to version 11.02 (the latest version from December 2023), but the same problem persists.

Initially, there was an account on it, but the problem was the same when I tried to log into the existing account, which I deleted later.

The offline CD games without updates launch without issues, and I can play them.

The hard drive appears to be original.

Resetting the console did not resolve the issue.

I have tried several fixes to try to resolve this error, but none worked:

_ restarting the console

_ updating the console

_ resetting the console (quick and full)

_ connecting via Wi-Fi and wired

_ using a specific DNS that I found online

_ rebuilding the database (in safe mode)

_ reinstalling the latest version of the PS4 software via a USB stick with the file downloaded from the Playstation website (in safe mode)

_ complete reset in safe mode

_ manually/automatically updating the date and time

_ using the correct time zone

None of these fixes worked.

Please could you have a solution?
