Hello, I am contacting you today because I have a problem with my PlayStation Network. Indeed, when I log in to my PS4 with my usual username and password, they inform me that it is incorrect. I have tried all the passwords I have, but none work, and when I request to change my password, I do not receive an email. I tried again later but still nothing. I looked into it, the servers are normal, and I have opened my PS4 ports as prescribed on the website but still nothing. I don't understand.
My connection is good and my PlayStation is connected via ethernet to the box (Orange).

Strange ...
The service tells you that your password is incorrect and that when you try to receive an email for recovery, you don't get it ...
It may have been changed ... Basically, you may have been a victim of hacking.
To confirm this, contact PSN support; I think they will be more able to help you than we are.
