Hello, my TV has not worked since I reset it on Free's advice. It's a Samsung 4K TV and it's stuck on a message asking if I own an Android phone or tablet, to which I would like to answer yes but it's impossible.

Can someone help me fix this? Thanks in advance.

    Obviously, you are on the Samsung assistant first setup, since you reset the TV!

    On the screen asking if you have an Android phone or tablet, try using the Samsung remote: use the arrow keys to select “Yes,” then press the OK/Enter button in the center.

    Have you consulted the manual? What is the exact model number of this Samsung TV?
