Hello everyone,
I ordered books online on Wednesday, November 29. In the package tracking, Chronopost claims it was supposed to arrive on Saturday, December 2. However, since Saturday at 8:55 PM, the tracking has been stuck on "package in transit." Can I expect to receive my package soon considering the overload of packages to process with the upcoming holiday season? These are very important books for me and I desperately need them right away.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to respond precisely to that... the variables being dependent on the carrier and sometimes difficult - despite the tracking.... to be continued!
Regarding Saturday and Sunday - even though delivery services generally operate on Saturdays, the fact that the package seems to be in an unchanged situation is not "abnormal"... However, if this persists, it will be necessary to ask the sender to inquire with the carrier, as it is them who entrusted the package and is therefore the one who ordered the delivery...
