I am in the same situation. I recently bought a camera online. Upon delivery, I noticed that an additional item (worth €200) had been included in the package. I unpacked everything and threw away the boxes since the supplier did not raise an objection within a week. A week later, the supplier called me to ask me to return the extra item.
This is an error on their part, and there is no mention in the T&Cs regarding the case of an excess error in a package. What should I respond to them, and what are my rights?

Steps to follow, if one is honest:
Notify the seller ONCE about the mistake. Specify that the extra package is to be picked up at YOUR address..
With a bit of luck in exactly TWO years the additional package will be legally yours. Before the expiration of this period, it is NOT.
