Is my package on hold at customs or being cleared through customs?

Hello, I ordered sneakers from China and my package arrived in France on January 21st, and since then it has been marked as pending customs/customs clearance.
Where can I contact them to get my sneakers?

Hello, you will never receive them!!!! Customs clearance is the issue; it's customs that took them, so if it's counterfeit, unfortunately, it will never be delivered to you. This has already happened twice, and it has been over 6 months since my packages were destroyed..

Not necessarily destroyed, he can very well receive them with a fine + taxes, or with a stroke of luck, simply receive them.

You can't do anything and I advise you not to disturb customs, you will receive your package if it is meant to happen.

Logically, when a package is held up in customs and/or awaiting clearance, a delivery person comes to drop off a letter with a document to be filled out and returned.
Because if a package cannot be cleared, it is generally due to insufficient information regarding it, quite simply.
