-Hello, on Thursday, I placed an order on darty.com for a laptop, I was supposed to receive it on Saturday but it didn't arrive, so the package was sent on Saturday. Here is my tracking information:

What I want to know is whether I will receive it on Tuesday before 1 PM since it's with Chronopost. (normally on Saturday before 1 PM).
Since there is a delay, will I be refunded the shipping costs? (12.90 euros) I've made a request, do I have to wait for the withdrawal to know ...
And especially, what is this story about reconditioned shipment when it has barely left? Why was my package opened? Because of my signature? Can someone answer me? I think I'll open the package before signing for it upon delivery, I'm afraid something might be stolen ...

Reconditioning does not mean that there was a problem and that they had to re-tape it?

Well, since midnight I've been looking on the internet, on forums and everything, apparently it's when the package is poorly prepared, opened or damaged...

mais j'ai le droit de l'ouvrir avant de signer ? j'ai lu qu'une fois qu'on a signé, si quelque chose manque, c'est pour notre pomme et là, pour moi, mon colis a été ouvert :s

Normally, I was supposed to receive my package on Saturday before 1 PM, but Darty did not receive my mouse in time to include it in the package, so the shipment is delayed in order to make a single delivery.

Where was your package opened? It hasn't even gone back to Darty ^^
