Reconditioning does not mean that there was a problem and that they had to re-tape it?

Well, since midnight I've been looking on the internet, on forums and everything, apparently it's when the package is poorly prepared, opened or damaged...

Normally, yes.

That said, it could be the tape that is loose. They are required to report it to avoid any disputes.

Even if it takes 5 seconds to re-tape.

Normally, I was supposed to receive my package on Saturday before 1 PM, but Darty did not receive my mouse in time to include it in the package, so the shipment is delayed in order to make a single delivery.
