Hello
I ordered a diamond embroidery on the ALIEXPRESS website on July 2nd.... Since July 11th at 8:13 PM, my 200g package has arrived in ROISSY via HEATHROW airport... and it has been in customs clearance since that date.
Will I ever receive my package? I submitted a complaint to ALIEXPRESS and to date, there has been no response other than that my order will be canceled after 31 days.....
This package was supposed to arrive via CHRONOPOSTE. I contacted customs by phone, who referred me to the POST OFFICE, and the phone number 0174328211 is not the right one.....
Could you provide me with information on the steps to follow if you have ever found yourself in this situation? Thank you in advance.

You say your package is supposed to arrive via Chronopost, if that's the case you should have a tracking number. You should not contact La Poste but Chronopost because they are not the same https://www.chronopost.fr/fr/suivi-colis
