Alexa doesn't recognize a lamp in a room!

Hello
I have Alexa in the living room for 4 years with 5 lamps and the Philips Hue router, everything works great, and yesterday I wanted to put an Echo Dot with a lamp and a Hue bulb in a bedroom, I went through Philips Hue to set up the new bedroom and the name of the lamp and it’s impossible to get it recognized because on the lamp's square it says it can't find the link etc.
I also deleted Alexa and Hue, reinstalled them and nothing, still at the same point.
As for Amazon, they tell me to check with Hue.
What to do??? I wrote to Hue and they said they would think about the problem.
This has never happened to me, it frustrates me!
If anyone has an idea, I thank you in advance knowing that I am retired, not too clueless, I can manage quite well with Alexa but now I'm lost.
A big thank you.

It looks like you've done the right steps to add a new lamp to your Hue and Alexa network. Here are a few additional suggestions you might try:
1. Make sure the lamp is close enough to the Echo Dot and the Hue bridge during the initial setup. Sometimes, distance can cause connection issues.
2. Check if you need to update the software on your Hue bridge and Echo Dot. Software updates often fix connection problems.
3. Try resetting your Hue bridge. This may help resolve connection issues.
4. If none of this works, you can try resetting the Hue bulb. However, you'll need to re-add it to your Hue system, so be sure to note any custom settings you may have configured before resetting it.
I hope these suggestions help you!
Thank you very much but I found it on my own, it was long and weird, because the lamp's name she didn't want, she prefers the old name!!!
As long as it works, let's make her happy????
