Outdoor sensor not displayed on the station

Hello, my outdoor sensor for my AURIOL IAN 307252 station is not displaying, do you have a solution?

    You started off right by turning on the probe... before starting up the station.

    Just in case, remove the batteries from the probe and the station and repeat the setup procedure.

    Hello,
    Does the probe indicate something on its own screen?
    • Probe too far from the receiver

    Try moving the probe next to the receiver to check if it works
    • Defective batteries

    Replace the batteries (be careful with the polarities)
    • Problem with the chosen channel

    Change the channel

    It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

    Or buy a new one if defective.

    Thank you for your quick response,
    the probe indicates a temperature but it's incorrect, it shows 8.6 inside. Furthermore, the light does not blink, is that normal?
    I placed it next to the station but nothing seems to work. Do you have any other ideas?

    Thank you, I tried, I just put in some new batteries. I'm waiting to see if it works again.
