Tado Smart Thermostat: Room Fallen

This issue concerns a Tado smart thermostat head model VA01. I detached the head from the radiator and the small piece that connects the radiator receiver to the head fell out. I can no longer push it back into its original position. The piece should be pushed inwards by sliding into two grooves, but a screw (too high up) is blocking it.
