Instagram blocked "an error has occurred."

Hello,

Since last night, I can't do anything on my Instagram account, whether on my iPhone or on my computer.

I no longer have access to anything, and it shows me "no internet connection," or "an error has occurred," etc.

I can’t access my feed (it says "no internet connection" or "unable to refresh feed"), my notifications ("an error has occurred, please try again"), my posts ("no internet connection" "unable to load posts"), sending messages ("no connection"), searching for accounts ("this account is private" -> even though it's not, "challenge required") ... and I don’t even have access to my account and privacy settings ("an unexpected error has occurred").

I can’t even log out or do anything.

I have a second account (auxiliary, which I use little) and that one works perfectly (everything is fine).

I’m lost because I don’t see where the problem comes from. I thought I had been blocked by Instagram or hacked, but that’s not the case.

iPhone and computer are up to date. If anyone has a solution, I’m open to suggestions because my account is a professional account that helps me work, and it’s becoming complicated if I can’t use it anymore.

Hello, I have the same issue and I haven't been able to get it to work again since yesterday at 2 PM.

I tried the trick (hoping I understood what needed to be done)

The message is indeed not very clear; from what I understood, it says to open the Instagram app on the iPhone and then close it, then open Safari and log in to Instagram.

Once on the Instagram site, click on the button that says to go to the Instagram app, and wait a few seconds.

Shit..... it worked!!!! (sorry for the profanity, but I'm really happy!!)

I had done the same thing before and it didn't work (I had stayed open for several seconds and everything)

Anyway, it works now!!

I owe it to you!

Hello,

thank you for your response and link, but I have already checked and it doesn't work. I'm already on iPhone and Safari, I tried the procedure (hoping I understood what to do) and nothing works. Still the same message "an error occurred, refresh."
