Instagram "an unexpected error occurred"

Hello, I have been able to log into my Instagram account for a week now, but the homepage remains blank and nothing is updating. Neither the news feed, nor direct messages, nothing. Even when I click on Settings, the message "an unexpected error has occurred" appears.

I wrote to Instagram but they indicate that the account is not inactive.

Could it be a temporary block?

Could someone guide me?

Probably a bug on Instagram; we just need to wait for Instagram to resolve it. There are quite a few similar questions to yours on the forum, and each time it was just a matter of waiting for everything to go back to normal.

me tonight after politely and kindly asking someone I ordered pdf materials from (CP courses) if she could help me because I'm unable to download all the files, my account got blocked immediately with a reminder of the Instagram rules... when I just made this request, with a hello, thank you... coincidence??

I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I also tried to log in on other devices, but unfortunately the problem remains the same.
