Hello,

my PC suddenly shut down and then tried to turn back on without success, with a red CPU LED lit up on the motherboard. So I turned it off manually, then after a few seconds, I turned it back on and it worked again? I would like to know if this is concerning, whether it's more of a hardware or software issue?? I should mention that after turning it on, I had to perform a restore and uninstall Discord because it was "corrupted".

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello,

In my opinion, if the PC shut down, it's to protect the components (CPU, graphics card, hard drive, etc.) from the heat generated by their operation.

Check the fans to make sure they're not blocked by dust.
