Hello everyone, so here it is, I just built my new PC (I want to emphasize that the motherboard and processor are second-hand), but the PC only lights up for half a second and then turns off immediately. I've changed the power supply, but the problem is still there.
I've also noticed that when I unplug the CPU cable, it runs fine, but of course I can't see anything on the screen.
If anyone could try to help me find the problem, it would be really nice ^^
Thank you.

At the risk of contradicting you, I would say that the problem comes from the motherboard. A processor that fails in less than 3 years is rare, unless it has been heavily stressed or damaged during handling. For a graphics card, it's not the same; those little things are very fragile. Don't bother, go ahead and use the manufacturer’s warranty, which is 3 years for your motherboard.

Hello, I'm sorry for the delay in responding; I was working. Regarding the components I have:
Motherboard: MSI Z370-A PRO
Processor: (i5 6400)
RAM: Ballistix Sport LT BLS2C4G4D240FSB 4*8GB
Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock Slim BK008
PSU: EVGA 600W
Graphics Card: EVGA 1070Ti
For the motherboard and processor, I'm not sure if they work or not; I have no way to test them :/
But when I try to turn it on without the CPU cable, everything spins, so that would mean it's not a motherboard issue? -
Hi. Are you absolutely sure that the motherboard and the processor are working properly, since they are used?
Give the precise references of the parts of your PC.
