Hello
here is my problem. When I try to turn on my PC, it turns on, then makes a sound, then turns off and turns back on again, and keeps doing that. What should I do, please? I've seen on the internet that it might be the battery. Since I'm not very good with computers, where is the battery located, please? Thank you for your advice.

    Hello,

1- Please specify the type of PC (name and model number on the back)
2- Check that the charger is the original one or provide its specifications: Input, Output, Model

    Thank you

      Hello
I'm very sorry, but there were network issues. When I turn the computer on, the light blinks and that's all; Windows does not appear. When I remove the plug and put it back in, the light keeps blinking continuously and doesn't stop, and the desktop doesn't turn on. My computer is a DELL OPTIPLEX 3050, and the charger is original. THANK YOU for your advice; my computer is only 10 months old. Can you tell me if my computer is of good quality? THANK YOU again for your help.

      Hello,

DELL is one of the well-known PC brands recognized for their quality and reliability.

Your device is an All-in-One (unless I'm mistaken) and therefore does not have a built-in battery.
I will therefore rule out any battery, charging, or charging connector defects.

The issue you are describing can have several origins: a defect in the cable connecting the motherboard to the screen, a defect in the charger itself, a defect in the connector from the charger to the PC, a defect in the screen, or even a problem related to the recent significant Windows 10 updates that could require a BIOS upgrade or one or more drivers.

Since your device is less than a year old, it is still covered by DELL's standard 12-month warranty, so I advise you to promptly call DELL's customer service center and ask for the return procedure for your device.

I recommend that you do not return the device to the retailer where you purchased it (if you did not buy it from DELL), but to ask DELL specifically for the return procedure to follow.

You should not let any unwelcome delays result in your warranty expiring.

      Best regards.
