Hello, I just bought the Logitech Pro X Wireless headset, the sound is great, no issues there, but the volume adjustment knob doesn't work. If someone can help me that would be awesome.

    Hello,

Since your headset is under warranty (2 years), I advise you to return it to the place where you bought it to get it replaced.

    It's a hardware problem.

Is there really no way to fix the problem? Because I can still see the sound adjustment icon on my PC when I turn the knob.

I still have the volume adjustment indicator that appears on my PC when I turn the knob.

The volume adjustment indicator should be enough for you!

Update: the problem fixed itself; I just had to turn off my PC, so the scroll wheel works now.
