Logitech G Pro X sound issue

Hello, I bought a Logitech G Pro X and I received it today. When I plug in the headset, the sound only comes from the right side, the left side is completely non-existent. Do you have a solution to fix this issue?

    I had the same issue and there is no solution, you need to follow the warranty service procedure.

      I just had this problem in 3 seconds, the headset was working perfectly and suddenly the right side stopped functioning again after all this time?

        I've had the headset for 1-2 years and I'm currently experiencing this problem, the left side doesn't work anymore, do you have a solution?
