Hello,

I was given the Logitech G Pro X Wireless headset not long ago, everything was working very well until today...

Let me explain the situation, this morning before leaving for work, I started charging my headset, which had 15% battery at that moment; I turned it off and plugged it in.

The day went by and I came home, turned on my computer, took the headset, put it on my head, and I noticed that it was making a dull sound even though it was turned off. I checked that it was indeed turned off, and it was. I turned it on, nothing happened, the sound was still there; I turned it off again and the sound continued. I took it off and noticed that the battery indicator was green but it remained constantly on. I unplugged the USB dongle, and there was no change; the indicator was still lit and it was still making the dull sound even though I didn’t have the dongle plugged into my computer and it was indeed "OFF".

If anyone has the solution, that would be great!!! Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,

Is this charger wired or inductive (proximity)...? Was it still plugged into the power outlet during your explanation.

-- Something nearby must be emitting waves that your headphones are picking up... objects you moved, Bluetooth earbuds, a smartphone in your pocket or on the table... etc... etc... hard to guess

XXy Wifi, Google speaker... remote control... We need to search; our world is filled with all these radiations surrounding us.

Good evening,

The headset was connected via a wired connection (cable provided by Logitech) to my computer; during my explanation, it was unplugged.

As for the objects that could emit waves, none have changed position.

Aside from my phone, which I keep on me, I don't see anything else.

After spending the night, the green light has disappeared, as well as the noise, and the headset works as if nothing had happened..

I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this doesn’t happen again.

Thanks again for the help provided.
