Logitech G PRO X headset left ear cup issue

Hello, I bought a Logitech G Pro X two months ago, everything was working perfectly until yesterday when I encountered a problem where my left ear cup starts to lose sound; when I barely move my head or adjust it, the sound disappears. I wanted to know how to fix this issue, please.

    The best thing to do would be to claim the warranty (if you bought it new).
