Banned PSN account

Hello,

Last Sunday, Sony got their site hacked, which resulted in a €20 debit on my bank account. Obviously, I'm contesting the payment with Sony, who doesn't even bother to respond to my emails for a refund. I escalated the issue by blocking the payment with my bank. And surprise! Sony wakes up and blocks my PSN account because I supposedly have a debt. So now I'm stuck with the other games I bought on the store also blocked. Has anyone ever had this misadventure?
Of course, my bank checked and confirmed that I was indeed hacked because I didn't enter the payment confirmation code.

Hello,

We can't do anything about it here on CCM.

You need to discuss this with them.

You have been suspended for a debtor account. The suspension will be lifted once you have settled your debt. For more information, please consult the guide PlayStation Network Suspension for Debtor Account.

If your account has been permanently suspended, you may be able to appeal this suspension.
