Hello,
When I try to print a document, I receive a message saying "an inkjet printer error has occurred".
The support code is 5B02
This is a Canon MG3550 printer
I have no idea how to fix this problem

Hello;
This error means that the waste ink tank is full ... And that you need to either replace it or reset the waste ink counter to zero, but unfortunately there is no solution for this type of printer to do that except for the intervention of Canon's customer service ..
