Hello,

I can't get the scanner on my printer to work.

The codes 5, 157, 69 are displayed.

I followed the previous posts and still can't get it to work.

I downloaded the drivers as mentioned in a post and uninstalled the printer. In the settings, I added the printer, which worked. But when I try to scan my document, nothing happens! Always the same code.

I don’t know what to do anymore.
