      Same here, PNG is an image format.

      In theory with any image editing software (XnView, Gimp...), but that means replacing a background, lines... with others, easier said than done correctly.

        Unless you have access to a professional architecture or engineering software capable of importing the image (especially in 3D), it is often faster to note the various dimensions according to the scale of the original plan and start from scratch in a "family" software (Sweet Home 3D and similar; not all are free), reproducing only the parts that will not disappear and adding the desired modifications.

      It all depends on what this plan is. A document provided by an architect, a quantity surveyor, a surveyor, or a kitchen designer is created in a professional software.
