Freebox TV oqee screen too zoomed

Hello,

Without any manipulation on my part, the signal sent from the Freebox to the TV is too zoomed in.

For example, on the Oqee home screen, where I could easily see 5 or 6 channels, there are only 3 now. And it's the same in third-party apps like Netflix or Prime.

It's a bit annoying for navigation, but especially the movies are cropped, I don't have the whole screen. A lot of text is too big, whether it's in navigation or even the subtitles of the movies.

This is not a zoom from the TV. Even in very small broadcast formats with black all around, the image cuts off at the same spot as in the standard 16/9 format.

I looked in the Oqee settings, the only adjustment I found was the resolution (in pixels), and changing that makes no difference.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears.

    Hello,

You can try restarting your Freebox (ON/OFF button).

I tried, but it doesn't make any difference.

I just realized that the problem might be with Chromecast. On the Chromecast homepage, the sizes are correct.

It's when I launch an app that it zooms too much, whether it's the Oqee app, Netflix, or actually any app.

      Hello,

I'm not using Chromecast. Check if there aren't any new hardware updates?
