Freebox mini 4K and red screen on HD1

Hello,

Having called Free twice about this problem and still not being fixed, I am here to describe the issue I have been experiencing for an indefinite period with the HD1 channel (TF1 Séries-Films).
If that rings a bell for anyone?

When I select the channel number (20) using the remote control of my Freebox Mini 4K Fiber TV box, my screen turns red. I have no program.

(I specify that the programs of the channel normally appear in small when I request the mosaic with the 0 button on the remote control, and only channel 20 is affected by this issue)

Several months ago, I had the same problem (I don’t remember which channels), and Free resolved it by having me change the video quality (switching from Automatic to Low Bitrate).
But now, that doesn’t solve the issue. The same goes for switching the ends of the HDMI cable connecting my TV to the TV box and endlessly restarting.

- Does anyone have any manipulation suggestions for me to get this channel back on live?
(the replay, however, works perfectly)

- Any instructions for updating TF1 channels?

Hello,
Have you tried restarting your Freebox Server box (the box with the clock) first? Once it’s functional, restart the Freebox player (TV) and see if that improves things, as they may not be up to date; updates only install when the boxes are restarted.

I just tried it as you described, and it didn't change anything
Once I did that, I even went back to change the video quality, but that didn't help
I don't know what could be the problem this time
