Problème de réception des chaînes Freebox TV HD

Hello,
I recently installed my Freebox with TV + phone.
I live in Lyon and I am not receiving all the channels.
The picture is scrambled, basically it scrolls so I see lines.
Moreover, I don’t get the first channels (TF1, Fr2 and 3 ...).
Additionally, when I manage to watch a channel, the HD box bugs after a few minutes and the Freebox resets, but once it's done, the TV remains stuck!
If anyone has had the same issue, please let me know because if I call customer support, it will take me 3 hours!!!

after spending an hour getting frustrated with this box, all my channels are working fine!!
Actually, it was due to the display settings on the HD box.
In other words, if this happens to someone, here’s the issue:
you need to set "HDMI" to "Auto" and "Format" to "4/3"
For my part, I think it was on 16/9 but I have an old, not very big TV!!!
Another thing, there’s absolutely nothing indicated in that area in the little guide!! You have to go in "blind"!

after long hours of research, I finally managed to solve my issue

however, does anyone know how to resolve the ERROR 202 problem following the installation of firmware 1.5.7
