Remove ad banner on Freebox TV

Good evening,

I would like to know if there is a way to stop the banners that appear on the TV (not those on the home screen), which was possible before the last update. They cause the screen to glitch and it's very annoying to have 3 to 4 second delays while the banner displays during dialogues. Thank you in advance.

    Hello,
    It’s possible that your TV or Freebox is in "demo" or "store" mode.
    Check the menus and restore 'family use' or 'home' or something like that.
