Good evening,
Have you checked what HP offers for this issue? https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/product/hp-officejet-6950-all-in-one-printer-series/9666193/model/9666194/document/c05161887
Best regards
Those who do not please upon arrival always do so when leaving.
O Breizh my land, may I guard my land!
Yes, I have done this several times and with another cartridge on the HP site we talk about cleaning the print head
Where is the print head located?
The printhead is located below the cartridge receptacle; in principle, if you installed this printer using the supplied software, you should have a utility that allows you to clean the printhead.
Otherwise, visit this link, the drivers are there.

Thank you for the help, but I don't understand what needs to be done.
Do I need to disassemble the printer to access the print head?
Good evening,
Sorry for the late response, I've been busy elsewhere...
You don’t need to intervene manually; cleaning the print head is a procedure that should be implemented through a utility normally installed on the PC if, as I mentioned in the previous response, you used the installation CD or DVD for the printer.
For example, on my Epson machine, this utility appears in this form.
Good evening
I have done this several times without result
I was also on the HP site following different procedures and still no results
And to be helped effectively by HP the service is paid for each reported issue
Here is the current situation if I cannot find a solution I think I will have to resign myself to parting with this printer
Thank you for your response

Good evening
Thank you for the response. I followed the procedure yesterday and also now it still doesn't change, still no black on the sheet.
Have you possibly tried to remove this cartridge and reinstall it several times to re-establish better contacts, for example?
Best regards.
