Canon g2411 not printing in black

Hello, I have a problem with my printer that no longer prints in black, what should I do? I need help.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 98.0.4758.87

    Hello, I have the same problem, my printer doesn't print blue and red. Is there anyone who can help me, please?

    Hello, I had the same problem and I proceeded as follows:

    - connect your printer to your computer

    - go to "Canon Utilities"

    - then open "Printer Assistant Tool"

    - Start one by one with the programs starting from "Simple Cleaning" and stop as soon as the test is satisfactory. Indeed, the program will tell you to run a test at the end of launching each tool.
