Hello,
My printer (a Canon i560) has recently started printing all my documents, which are supposed to be written in black on my Word documents, in blue (except on the days when it's in a good mood). I have done several deep cleanings as well as a head alignment and a nozzle check. This hasn't really helped since I have no idea what the computer is supposed to print. Anyway, I've searched through several forums and haven't found an answer... What can I do?

Hello,
How many cartridges does this printer have?
This problem is often related to the use of "compatible" cartridges which are cheaper but often of too poor quality to function properly. If that’s the case, replace them with CANON cartridges, otherwise,
the issue may be with clogged nozzles or a cartridge that is empty or faulty.

Canon i560
It is indeed a compatible "micro application" cartridge, but I thought that it probably wasn't the cartridge since the problem dates well after its installation. Moreover, we have already printed documents in black with this cartridge. (Detail for the second response: my cartridge is still semi-full, I have already checked.)
