Hello,
For now, my HP 5510 is not connected to a computer and serves me to copy documents. The black printing is no longer working, so I changed all the cartridges and installed HP cartridges. The black printing still does not work. I went to HP support and tried all the troubleshooting suggestions provided: checking the cartridge, cleaning the nozzles, etc., etc. Still no change, and when I print the test page, I get six beautiful color squares but nothing in black. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response from HP, so I am posting my problem here, which seems to be recurring with HP. Best regards
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 55.0.2883.87

Hello
it seems that the black ink nozzle is clogged, but to such an extent that a simple machine cleaning of the nozzles won’t be enough!
I’m not judging, but this problem often occurs after repeated use of remanufactured (refilled) cartridges whose ink does not have the same properties as brand cartridges
it also happens when the printer is not used for a long time with the cartridges left in
a bit like you have to remove the batteries from a device that is not in use
solution: try cleaning the print heads
with ink thinner, like here:

or change the printer
