My printer is no longer printing in black.

The black cartridge of my HP Photosmart Plus printer being worn out, I replaced it and since then I can no longer print in black (the colors work).
Thinking I had a defective cartridge (HP 364 black XL), I bought another one, but the problem persists despite cleaning the printheads and all possible procedures...

Do you have a solution?
