Error code 5B02 on my CANON MX435 printer

Hello, I have a Canon MX435, at startup the error code 5B02 appears. I tried various key combinations proposed on some forums and even installed "services tools" (which stays greyed out) but still no luck. I don’t know what else to do. Can you help? Thanks in advance. Laurent

    Hello.

    even installed "services tools"

    You need the Canon service tools version V5103 and the printer must be in maintenance mode for this tool to work on your printer.

      To put it in maintenance mode or service mode, which is the same, it depends on the printer model; there is a generic procedure on THIS PAGE.

    Hello, is the tools service v5103 paid since a code is requested upon decompression? Also, it’s impossible to put the printer in maintenance mode; the key combination doesn’t work. Thanks a lot

      Be careful not to download it from anywhere; there is a risk of infection as some sites repack it and add malware.

      Moreover, it is impossible to put the printer in maintenance mode, the key combination does not work

      The printer must also be connected to the PC with its USB cable, not via Wi-Fi.
