Error 5B02 Canon MG3550

I have a 5B02 error with my Canon MG 3550 printer.
I believe it is a problem with the ink absorber and that I need to reset a counter to 0.
How do I do that?

I had already found this blog.
I have indeed downloaded the tool service application V3400. I followed the procedure to the letter and the printer still doesn't work.
The V3400 application stops with (error code 006)
I don't know what to do.

Are you sure you did this:
How to use the Canon V3400 utility?

1. Download and install the Canon V3400 Service Tool.
2. Put the printer in Maintenance Mode:
- Turn off the printer.
- If you haven't already, connect the printer to the PC with a USB cable.
- Press and hold the "Resume" button (triangle in a circle) and press "Power".
- Keep both buttons pressed until the Power LED lights up.
- Release the "Resume" button (still holding the "Power" button) and press "Resume" 5 times.
- Release both buttons. The LEDs will blink several times before staying steady. You are in Maintenance Mode.
3. Launch the V3400.exe utility.
4. Select the correct USB port in "USB PORT".
5. In the Ink Absorber Counter section, select "MAIN" from the menu.
6. In the Counter Value (%) section, select the value closest to the current counter and click "SET". (The value should be found in the "EEPROM" section).

If so, are you sure you read this:
Troubleshooting:
Error 002: a function chosen in the utility is not supported by the printer
Error 005: the printer is not compatible with this utility
Error 006: after selecting "Main". Wait a few minutes. If that doesn't work, restart the program
