Honor 10 stuck in demo mode

Hello CCM community!
I hope you are doing well, I am reaching out to you because I find myself at an impasse.
I purchased a phone in good condition but it is locked in demo mode! It's a Honor 10 (COL-L29) meant to replace my current phone which is at the end of its life. I spent a whole weekend going through YouTube videos on the subject (Don't waste your time with the "Gsm Guide" channel, it's all nonsense!) as well as help forums, but nothing works, the phone remains in demo mode despite all the factory resets I've done.
Disabling the "Retail" app in the settings doesn't change anything.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to move forward with this issue?

Note that the reset will erase everything that is not original on the phone.
Even in Recovery mode?
- Press and hold "Volume Down + Power" simultaneously
- Release when the BugDroid appears or once in the "Factory Mode" menu displays
- Navigate with the volume buttons and confirm with Power
- Select "Wipe Data / Factory Reset" and confirm
- Select "Yes" and confirm
- Select "Reboot System" now
- The smartphone restarts
When I perform a hard reset on the phone, it deletes all entered data (photos, Wi-Fi code, etc.) but not the demo mode. The phone restarts and launches with the demo.
It's the same scenario with the technique you provided me :(
