Hello,
This window with the little green robot appears when I open the mobile with a password.
I connected it to the computer, but the driver is not recognized; what could I have done?
I held down the power button for a long time...
Nothing happens.
I hope you can help me get it working again.

You need to press the power and volume down buttons, it will restart the phone.
