This window with the little green robot appears when I open the mobile with a password.
I connected it to the computer, but the driver is not recognized; what could I have done?
I held down the power button for a long time...
Nothing happens.
I hope you can help me get it working again.

You need to press the power and volume down buttons, it will restart the phone.

On this phone, there is only the power and headphone jack on the casing.
In fact, I let it drain, recharged it, and as soon as it was charged, the normal screen came back.
