SOS CANON printer 1681

Hello, I have a CANON MG5753 printer and I've changed the ink cartridges (with the ones I usually buy). The printer displays the message 1681 "Multiple ink cartridges of the following color are installed." for color C, but that's not the case, there's no double cartridge or error in the placement of the cartridges... The printer doesn't allow me to ignore the message and print anyway... I'm stuck.

    Hello,

See HERE if this corresponds to the same problem (error 1681)?

I did come across this discussion indeed, but it didn’t work. On the Canon website, they indicate that the cartridge set in double should be blinking, but when I open the panel, nothing is blinking since no color is set to double.

    Hello.

Here is what Canon says about error 1681:

    Description

Several ink tanks of the same color are installed. The ink tank light will blink.

    Resolution

    1. Check that the ink tanks are installed in the corresponding positions.
    2. If the error message still appears, the printer must be sent to a Canon professional service center or an authorized service partner. Please visit our service and repair page for more information.
