Hello,

I'm having a problem with my Canon Pixma MG5250 printer; it only outputs blank pages. I've tried scanning my documents, but nothing works!
I've changed the cartridges, unplugged and plugged it back in... If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them! Someone mentioned doing a cleaning, but I don't know how to do that...

Hello,

I have the same problem as you, I have blank pages coming out without printing what I want.
For cleaning, you need to go to "setup" (on the printer menu), using the circular knob (where the "OK" button is) go to the 3rd page, once inside, there will be 3 choices, select "Maintenance" and press OK to enter.
There will be several types of cleaning offered.
Personally, I read that you should do an "auto head alignment" to see if the problem is with the print heads. Then, since the problem was not resolved, I did "cleaning" and that temporarily solved my issue.
I don't know how to solve this problem permanently knowing that each cleaning uses ink, so it's money lost.

Regards.

Hello,
My Pixma MG 5250 printer suddenly stopped during the printing of a document.
I can no longer turn the printer on, it has no power at all…
As if the transformer had suddenly given up!
Have you encountered the same problem?
Thank you for your response.
Claudius
